The Edinburg Center is seeking a Mental Health Wellness Counselor within our Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) services group.
The Mental Health Wellness Counselor will provide support, supervision, and training in the areas of medication management, illness management and wellness activities to adults with mental health issues living in the community.
-High school diploma or equivalent required. BA or BS preferred.
-Experience working with adults with mental health issues preferred.
-MAP certification required. First Aid and CPR certification within three months of hire required.
-Basic computer skills required.
-Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.
