  • A background in providing professional care & support, such as Home Health Aide experience, Nurse Assistant experience, positions working with persons with developmental disabilities, or similar personal care experience preferred
  • Degree, certification, or related coursework in a Human Services or related field preferred but not required
  • Must have acceptable CORI & suitable DDS fingerprinting results
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, etc.) preferred
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required
  • First Aid, CPR, and MAP certification required within first three months of hire

The Edinburg Center was established in 1977 as a non-profit community-based services agency. The Center's mission is distinguished by our longstanding belief that all people have the potential to learn, the capacity for change and the right to live a meaningful life in the community of his or her choice. Our mission is to provide an array of innovative services which promote personal growth and independence, foster hope and enhance the quality of life of people with mental health conditions, co-occurring substance use conditions and/or developmental disabilities, and brain injury services.
