Location: Bedford, MA and surronding communities

Schedule: Monday - Friday  (40 hours)

 

Role Summary:

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Lead Clinician within our Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) services group. This person will have dual responsibilities as a CBFS Clinician and assistant to the Team Leader.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with the Team Leader and Licensed Lead Clinician, takes a lead role in providing and overseeing the team’s clinical treatment services
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff as assigned
  • Adheres to agency expectations for quality assurance and maintenance of program policies and procedures
  • Provides on-call coverage as assigned
  • Assumes primary case management responsibilities for assigned clients
  • Provides person centered Crisis Prevention and Intervention Services
  • Fulfills other duties consistent with position as assigned

Qualifications

 

-Master’s level clinician in mental health related field with two years mental health experience required.

-Experience working with persons with major mental illness required. Experience working with persons with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders preferred. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical, rehabilitative and recovery oriented services to clients with major mental illness preferred.  Supervisory experience preferred. 

-First Aid, CPR and MAP certification required within first three months of hire (agency provides training).

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
