Role Summary:

The Edinburg Center is seeking creative Bachelor level Behavior Monitors to join our Children’s Services team. We offer full-time, part-time and fee for service opportunities. We provide Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) In Home Behavioral Services and ABA Autism Services for youth and their families in Somerville, MA. Travel will be localized to assigned area.



  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments in family homes
  • Assist in designing positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
  • Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans based on data analysis under the supervision of BCBA
  • Collaborate with youth team members
  • Assist in training parents and caregivers who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis





  • BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education or human service-related field
  • Experience in implementing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching new skills
  • Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or Autism
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
