Role Summary:

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Mental Health Residential Program Director to oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations for one of our residential programs within our Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) Services group.

 

Responsibilities:

CBFS offers high quality, person-centered rehabilitation services to individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses. Persons served may also have co-occurring diagnoses of PTSD or substance abuse. The Mental Health Residential Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of one of our residential programs. S/he will ensure services are recovery-oriented and inclusive of families and significant others. S/he will also ensure adherence to The Edinburg Center/CBFS Services policies and procedures and compliance with all state and local licensing / certification requirements and regulations. The Mental Health Residential Program Director takes a leadership role in planning, coordinating and documenting the Individual Action Plan (IAP) process with division clients using recovery-oriented and evidence-based practices.

 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in relevant clinical field or matriculation in such a program required. Minimum of one year rehabilitation experience working with persons diagnosed with mental illness required. Supervisory experience preferred. First Aid, CPR and MAP certification within three months of hire required. Valid driver’s license required.
